Currently signatures are being collected to change the law as regards Abortion in the state of Arizona. 

With the repeal of Roe versus Wade by the Supreme Court abortion laws fell to the states. Currently Arizona does not allow abortion except in certain circumstances. 

Abortion rights group wants to send the issue directly to voters in November 2024. The proposed ballot initiative would amend the Arizona Constitution to add a right to abortion similar to the right established by the U.S. Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade 50 years ago.

Do not be fooled by the wording of this new voting initiative. It is worded to make abortion viable until birth.
