For the Parish Festival to run effectively for our community we need YOU to take an active part in making that happen! Below are the different areas we need your suppport to help make this festival our best one yet! Please consider signing up for a spot or two!

Families are encouraged to volunteer together and they can count towards your parish service hours.

PLEASE NOTE: To use Sign Up Genius, it may ask you to create an account or sign up. It is free, and it allows you to be notified of your upcoming sign ups!

If you are unable to sign up digitally please email us at [email protected] with the booth, date and time you would like to volunteer. This is the fastest way to ensure your selected time is booked! We will also begin having in person sign ups after all Parish Masses starting in October. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we work with new technology!

We need YOU to sign up to serve drinks in the drink booth. There is an age requirement, alcohol is served.

Please Note: All food volunteers need to complete the food handlers safety course and present their certificate to the Food Chair prior to the event (The class is free!)

In order to keep a safe and familiy fun event, clean up needs to occur throughout the event. This includes wiping tables, taking out the trash and ensuring the bathrooms have sufficient paper towels and toilet paper.

The White Elephant Sale is our large Garage Sale located in the Parish Hall. Volunteers need to have a Level One Clearance to pariticpate in the White Elephant. Please go to our Safe Environment Page for more information!
